Welcome to Fynk, a subscription management and financial insights platform. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Fynk's mobile and web applications, websites, and any related products or services (collectively, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Services.
1. The Services
Fynk is designed to help users track, understand, and manage recurring subscriptions and charges by securely analyzing financial transaction data. Through integrations with third-party APIs such as Plaid, MoneyKit, or similar open banking services, Fynk helps identify and surface recurring payments and other financial activity.
Additional features may include:
Subscription activity detection
Spending insights and trend analysis
Notifications of changes or anomalies
Optional subscription cancellation tracking
2. Account Registration and Access
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account details
Keep your password and credentials secure
You may use third-party login providers (e.g., Google or Apple) to create or access your account. By doing so, you authorize us to receive limited profile information as permitted by that provider’s policies.
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account and must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Services are intended for users aged 18 and older, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
3. Financial Account Integrations
To provide financial insights, you may choose to connect your financial institution accounts via secure third-party APIs (such as Plaid or MoneyKit). By doing so, you:
Authorize Fynk and its partners to access and process your transaction data for the purpose of providing the Services
Acknowledge that your credentials are transmitted directly to the banking API provider, not to Fynk
Understand that we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any financial institution
You remain solely responsible for complying with any applicable agreements or restrictions imposed by your bank or service provider.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of Fynk are only accessible with a paid subscription. Subscriptions are:
Managed and billed through third-party platforms such as RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play, or directly through our website (getfynk.io).
Charged on a recurring basis, depending on the plan you select.
Subject to automatic renewal unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
We do not process payment card information directly. For purchases made through our website, payments are handled securely via our payment processor. For in-app purchases, all transactions are subject to the billing and refund policies of Apple or Google.
5. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for subscriptions purchased directly via our website (getfynk.io). If you're not satisfied for any reason within the first 14 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund by contacting support@getfynk.io.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase. Refunds will not be granted after that period.
6. Billing and Payment Information
When you subscribe through our website, we may store certain limited billing-related information, including:
Subscription type and start/end dates
Payment method (e.g., card type, last four digits, expiration date — never full card details)
Transaction history
Refund or cancellation status
We store this information securely and use it solely for:
Confirming subscription status
Processing refunds (when applicable)
Providing customer support
Detecting fraud or abuse
All card transactions are processed through a third-party PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store raw credit card numbers or security codes.
7. User Content and Feedback
You may submit data, feedback, or other content through the Services. By doing so, you:
Grant Fynk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute that content for the purpose of improving and operating the Services
Confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to share such content
We may, at our sole discretion, remove any user content that we determine violates these Terms or applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, software, and functionality on the Services are owned by or licensed to Fynk and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the Services except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
9. SMS and Push Notifications
Fynk may send you SMS messages or push notifications to:
Confirm subscription actions
Alert you to changes in your account
Provide reminders or recommendations
Message frequency varies. Standard carrier rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by updating your app settings.
10. Modifications to the Services
Fynk may update or modify features of the Services at any time, including adding or removing tools or functionality. We will attempt to notify you of material changes but are not obligated to provide prior notice.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the App or by contacting support@getfynk.io.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for:
Breach of these Terms
Fraudulent activity
Legal or regulatory risk
Upon termination, your access to the Services will end, but the Terms related to intellectual property, indemnification, and limitation of liability will survive.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Fynk provides the Services “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
The Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times
The financial insights provided are complete or accurate
All subscriptions or transactions will be detected or classified correctly
Use of the Services is at your own risk. You are responsible for verifying your own financial records.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fynk will not be liable for:
Loss of data, revenue, profits, or use
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Unauthorized access to your data
Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you have paid for the Services in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fynk and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from:
Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
Your infringement of any third party’s rights
15. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating legal action, you agree to try resolving any dispute with us informally by contacting support@getfynk.io.
If we cannot resolve the issue, both parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except you may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.
You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
Arbitration shall be conducted in Cyprus, or remotely if agreed. This section survives the termination of these Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via the App, email, or website when significant changes occur. By continuing to use the Services after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
